Changes

• Synced with upstream router-for-me/CLIProxyAPI through 79579c34 and kept the upstream usage flow intact.
• Restored built-in usage statistics endpoints: /v0/management/usage, /v0/management/usage/export, and /v0/management/usage/import.
• Added cache hit rate, first-byte latency, average latency, TPS, input tokens, cached tokens, and per-API/per-model performance fields.
• Updated the TUI usage tab in the existing frontend style.
• Updated README installation guidance for this public fork: install manually from this repo's release binaries, not from upstream package channels.
• Kept local configs, auth files, logs, generated stores, and smoke-test files out of git.
