Suggestion for Terser Arrow Speech

Suggestion

Currently, MathCAT pronounces \downarrow ($\downarrow$) and \uparrow ($\uparrow$) as "downwards arrow" and "upwards arrow."

Perhaps MathCAT could simply say "down arrow" or "up arrow" in Terse Mode, similarly to ow it handles \rightarrow ($\rightarrow$). The terser speech for \leftarrow ($\leftarrow$) would also be helpful.

That comes for Unicode and I should have spotted that discrepancy. It turns out there were four common arrows that used it and ~450(!) less common such as

"➣": [t: "three d bottom lighted rightwards arrow"] # 0x27a3

I'll change them.
