* initial seeded version of German language translation

* fix up definitions.yaml file -- google translate had some issues...

* Translate some of the English phrases in SimpleSpeak that google didn't translate

* german translation (#259)

* Update unicode.yaml

* Update navigate.yaml

* Update general.yaml

* Update the Rules files to match what is currently in main. Unfortunately, this throws away the work on navigate.yaml as it has changed significantly.

* made it compile for the web-demo

* work-in-progress for the German

* add missing ':'

* cleaned-up syntax.

* German works in the demo now

* First pass on the ported German

* one forgotten translation.

* speak one-letter variables properly.

* a la => hoch
bestimmend => deteriminante
tisch => tabelle

* Update overview.yaml

Made further corrections to German translations

* invitation to contribute

* status

* slightly more complete

* Verzierung soll weg

* A quick pass through the files in German translating anything I could find.

* Performed various changes by comparing with the English default.yaml file

* Performed changes by comparing with the English general.yaml file

* Performed changes by comparing with the English geometry.yaml file

* Performed changes by comparing with the English linear-algebra.yaml file

* Performed changes by comparing with the English ClearSpeak_Rules.yaml file

* First port of the tests... a lot failing for German.

* No more crashes by tests.

* German tests run invidiually

* Update default.yaml

* Update general.yaml

* Update ClearSpeak_Rules.yaml

* Update SimpleSpeak_Rules.yaml

* Update navigate.yaml

* added comment

* Added searching in subdirs for a regional dialect version before falling back to English.

This mainly address a case such as setting the language to "zh" when there is currently only "zh/tw".

* bump version #

* Redoing the way fake file system.

Major changes to the zipped files:
* All the files and directories are stored on first read.
* It is still the case that only one level of embedded zip files are unzipped
* Changed what is associated with files to be the index into zip file, along with a subindex for embedded zipped files.
* The stored files are use "/" for the path separator

For the normal case, added a special case/hack so that "zh/tw" is added to the directories returned by `find_all_dirs_shim`. Needed because the zip files are not looked into.

There is a bug in `find_all_dirs_shim`: it returns "zh" (both for zipped/no-zip cases) even though there aren't really any rules for 'zh'. Changes to prefs.rs allow it to find zh-tw, but that's not really right.

* random changes for debugging

* minor wording change

* Removing unnecessary differences
