sometimes the prompt flickers

Hi! Thanks for the great package!

I am switching to this from vterm and I found that when I switch to the ghostel buffer the prompt in my shell flickers

Interestingly, this seems to happen with fish shell (with vannilla prompts), but not with the default zsh

There are some issues where we are redrawing too eagerly on vertical size changes where we don't need to - only horizontal size changes should need redrawing. Part of this is also how fish draw its prompts. As far as I am aware, zsh and bash simply draws it and never touches it, while fish can also clear it and redraw it. However, the redraw is not instant so you see this sometimes.

I have it on my list to improve the resizing and also investigate this a bit more but haven't gotten to it yet. So thanks for reporting, it's a good reminder since I have this issue myself as well.
