Non backwards compatible change!

WARNING: This version is completely new and yet not compatible with version 1.x manual configuration in configuration.yaml
When installing this version all existing integrations has to be created again from the GUI. (task #32 may fix this)

There is still something wrong where entities created per Integration gets mixed up between the services, specially if one is removed.
Optional Highest cost is very untested

Looking back over the past day with a moving planner (search-length=8h, duration=2h and accept-rate=0.2) the result look resonable so will likely release v.2 officially.
