Changes:

  • CC4 shutdown image registration: Removed the function and the startup call that registered a shutdown image via the CoolerDash endpoint. The shutdown image send logic is now handled entirely by CoolerControl itself.

feat(fix): use shutdown image send logic from CC4

- Remove CoolerDash shutdown image send logic and
replace it with the one from CC4, which is more
efficient and reliable.
