fix: avoid affiliate detailed import in build hook

[sdk-kr]

Summary

• replace the detailed affiliate hook import with the stable content conversion API
• remove server event dispatch from the content hook to avoid the build-time export mismatch

Validation

• pnpm exec svelte-check (0 errors, existing warnings only)
