Added Immich version check
Kiosk now checks that your Immich server is running a supported version. If it's not, Kiosk logs an error and exits early. If Kiosk can't reach your Immich server, the version check is skipped.

Restored image_effect: smart-zoom functionality.

Restored album_order: oldest functionality.
