Elaborate on data format vs. data standard distinction

@h-mayorquin wrote up some lovely minimal markdown text about clarifying the difference between data standards and data formats for the quick-start tutorial

It added too much detail/distraction to that notebook, but we do link to that section of the DANDI Docs for more information for anyone interested in following the link

But that section does not outline this distinction and could not quickly find where it would be discussed (the kind of thing I've seen on many a slide for years now, though)

should we may be for all the standard needs pretty much refer to BBQS standards group and @oruebel and their writeup on standards (and the sfn poster https://zenodo.org/records/18333008) and then if anything missing contribute there to centralize and avoid effort duplication?

I wouldn't say there was anything 'missing' per se - Heberto's summary was perfect in length and detail for a docs page for a novice visitor to the archive, whereas the poster has bare minimal bullet points and the BBQS standards doc goes into far greater detail, so I wouldn't say there's any duplicated effort

Plus the 'effort' is just copying/pasting from what they wrote previously, I just didn't want to forget about it

It sounds like there is a need for an "intermediate" level of documentation. We could always add this sort of doc to the bbqs website if we want to maintain this in one place. The BBQS website is hosted on GitHub as well here https://github.com/brain-bbqs/brain-bbqs.github.io so folks can easily contribute
