[Source Check] Gratitude America — What would resolve the French €50,000 transfer?
#121
A released January–March 2020 FBI/FinCEN correspondence chain (EFTA00153569–571) describes a request involving France's TRACFIN, the association Association pour la Promotion de la Politique Culturelle, and a €50,000 transfer from Gratitude America Ltd.'s Deutsche Bank account.
The reporting identifies three suspicious activity reports related to the charity, but the report texts, spreadsheet, and investigative disposition were not reviewed by GAH.
A separately reported 2018 Form 990-PF grant of $57,897 to a similarly named association has not been proven to be that same transaction.
Source needed
A lawfully public dated bank debit/credit, wire advice or beneficiary receipt matching the sender, recipient, value date, transaction reference and currency conversion. Include an official public URL and full context.
What this does not establish
An intelligence inquiry or SAR reference is not proof of financial crime. Amount or name similarities do not establish a transfer match. Please do not post nonpublic bank account details, protected SAR texts or personal contact data.
Open verification question: Which publicly available document, if any, independently links the queried €50,000 payment to the specific tax-return reporting line?
