[Source Check] Wyden's missing Deutsche Bank FD-302 — what is actually public?
#130
GAH differentiates three released Deutsche-related FBI FD-302 reports from a separate banker report that Senator Wyden described as unreleased. A proposed Paul Morris interview is a lead, not an authenticated identification of the missing 302.
Exact question for the community
Can a public release catalog, Bates index, transmittal, or authenticated agency response identify the separate FD-302 without relying on name inference?
What would count as a useful public receipt?
Primary public DOJ or Senate citation showing report date, interviewer, source document ID and the limits of the released FD-302 set.
What this does not prove
Do not publish confidential interview details, assert that Morris authored an unreleased report, or treat an alleged omission as proof of suppression.
Source-first participation checklist
Link the original public, lawfully released source, include date, page, EFTA/ECF/Bates identifier and surrounding context.
Separate observable facts from competing hypotheses and identify redactions or gaps.
No survivor or anonymous-litigant identification, private bank/contact details, protected SAR texts, threats, hacked content or unsupported declarations of guilt.
Posts are public as soon as submitted; moderators can remove or lock content but cannot promise confidential reporting, anonymity, or continuous review. A GitHub account is required.
For an ordinary source lead you do not want as a public discussion, use GAH Contact / Source Tips. That email is also not a confidential or encrypted service.
