[Source Check] Giuffre v. Maxwell — where are the 57 privilege-log documents?
#135
GAH analyzes Docket 1320, a privilege-log category associated with approximately 57 documents about an ongoing investigation, and later public-release questions. Entries in a log are not proof of their contents.
Exact question for the community
Can an authenticated later unsealing order, production index or court inventory map the 57-document category to actually released public files?
What would count as a useful public receipt?
Specific docket entry, log reference, release order and matched public document identifiers; preserve survivor identities.
What this does not prove
Withheld or privilege-logged documents cannot be assigned imagined contents or assumed to have been released.
Source-first participation checklist
Link the original public, lawfully released source, include date, page, EFTA/ECF/Bates identifier and surrounding context.
Separate observable facts from competing hypotheses and identify redactions or gaps.
No survivor or anonymous-litigant identification, private bank/contact details, protected SAR texts, threats, hacked content or unsupported declarations of guilt.
Posts are public as soon as submitted; moderators can remove or lock content but cannot promise confidential reporting, anonymity, or continuous review. A GitHub account is required.
For an ordinary source lead you do not want as a public discussion, use GAH Contact / Source Tips. That email is also not a confidential or encrypted service.
