EAMOS v0.2.0 — M7 hardening + preference memory

This release completes M7 — quality, localization, confidentiality hardening and adds the
preference-memory capability (RFC-0007). It builds on v0.1.0 (the factory + Solution-Discovery):
EAMOS still frames and structures; it does not fabricate — missing data is rendered labeled and
collected into a review appendix.

New capabilities

• Preference memory — the advisor learns material shaping from room feedback and applies it on
  the next instance, deterministically (feat(advisor): preference memory — learn material-shaping preferences from room feedback (RFC first) #67, RFC-0007).
• Corporate theming as data — palette and typography tokens live in YAML; branding is edited,
  not coded (feat(emit): corporate theming as data — palette/typography tokens in YAML + optional .pptx template #64).
• Deliverable parameters are live — quiz count caps are enforced and mindmap orientation is laid
  out; two previously inert params now render (feat(render): implement or drop dead deliverable params — interview_quiz.count, mindmap.orientation #63).
• ir_version stamped into every IR projection — emitters validate the IR before rendering, so a
  version skew fails closed instead of rendering garbage (feat(ir): stamp ir_version into every IR projection; emitters validate before rendering #62).
• manifest-schema gate — a typo'd manifest key now fails by path instead of silently vanishing
  (feat(gates): manifest-schema gate — typo'd manifest keys and cell fields currently vanish silently #59).

Fixes

• completeness gate gains teeth — empty required sections fail (fix(gates): completeness gate is vacuous — an all-empty manifest renders 5 empty slides and passes every gate #52).
• Unknown provenance fails closed — only explicit sourced renders plain (fix(render): unknown provenance fails open — a typo silently renders an assumed value as sourced #53).
• Force UTF-8 stdio — piped output no longer crashes on Windows (fix(tools): UnicodeEncodeError on Windows when output is piped — cp1252 cannot encode the grounding markers #54).
• yamlmini — multiline flow and duplicate keys fail loudly (fix(yamlmini): multiline flow sequences silently truncate; duplicate keys silently overwrite #55).
• Series store is idempotent — re-closing an instance no longer duplicates entries (fix(series): re-closing the same instance duplicates decisions/actions in the store (also followup, advisor record) #56).
• Intake routing fails shallow — a bad complexity value no longer buys the deepest interview (fix(intake): question routing fails open — missing/invalid complexity selects the deepest interview #57).
• Actionable one-line failures for user errors — no more raw tracebacks (fix(dx): raw tracebacks for user errors — unknown archetype, zero-slide deck, empty identity #58).

Internal

• Lint reworked to per-gate return values instead of a module-global failures list (refactor(lint): replace the module-global failures list with per-gate return values #60).
• i18n chrome labels moved to a single YAML table (eight in-code tables collapsed); es/fr
  complete (refactor(i18n): centralize the eight duplicated chrome label tables as data; close the es/fr gap #61).

Docs & community

• The context engine, a runnable 60-second quickstart, and a CLI reference (docs(readme): add a context-engine section, a runnable 60-second quickstart, and a CLI reference #66).
• AGENTS.md describes the real tree; errata for unshipped artifacts; a doc-path CI gate (docs(agents): AGENTS.md / RFC-0001 reference artifacts that do not exist (agent/, commands/, templates/, GEMINI.md, os/gate/) #65).

Install

Publishing this release attaches the consumer factory bundle + guided installers + SHA256SUMS
(built by the release-bundle workflow). The releases/latest/download/setup.{sh,ps1,command,bat}
links stay stable.
