Refresh for the unified app: replace the Blazor page with Browser App + host; SignalR transports The Blazor sample was retired; the browser experience is now the same Avalonia app compiled to WASM, served (with the SignalR broker) by samples/CrossEscPos.Host. Replaces Blazor-Web-App with Browser-App, rewrites the Transports browser section (Web Serial / WebUSB via [JSImport] base64, plus the strongly-typed SignalR TCP proxy with a per-session listener), fixes the shared multi-transport Monitor description, and updates the Blazor/engine-switch mentions and cross-links across Home, Getting-Started, Controls, Rendering, Packages, and the sidebar.
