Not really sure what these things inside pnpm-workspace do... Also, should the pnpm lock be updated like this?

@antfu/eslint-config added some rules for pnpm-workspaces. Only excluding catalogs was not enough, we have to exclude them from the rule
pnpm/yaml-enforce-settings.
