Document Safe Mode and WinboxNativeMac transport New Safe-Mode.md page (take/release/unroll/get, per-transport support table, Ctrl+X/Ctrl+D mechanics, commit / auto-rollback / explicit-unroll examples, RouterOS behaviour and the stuck-lock workaround).
