• rename-entity now validates --new-name via validate_entity_name(), rejecting names shorter than 2 characters, names with newlines, and short ALL_CAPS abbreviations
• unlink.schema.json updated from stale relationship_id to relationships_removed matching the actual UnlinkResponse struct
• contract_16_unlink test updated to match current response fields (relationships_removed instead of relationship_id, added elapsed_ms)
• health -vv now emits tracing::info! for the embedding model checkpoint, completing all 4 health check trace points

• reclassify response includes optional description_updated: true when --description is applied in single mode
• contract_35_rename_entity and schema_35_rename_entity tests for full contract and schema coverage of the rename-entity command
• E2E integration tests for entity name validation via CLI (link --create-missing and rename-entity paths)
