INSTALLATION

1. Create a database
2. Run %windir%\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\aspnet_regsql.exe
   Be sure to choose the database you just created
3. Run the scripts in ./database
4. Change the web.config connection string to point to your database
