The test fails, so this cannot be applied. You could implement a TODO test, but instead of adding tests for problems that are not solved yet, creating a ticket on trac would be better.

I do not have access to Trac, attempted to ping Danmar on IRC per instructions but user wasn't online at the time. So I proceeded this route :).

Changed to a TODO_ASSERT.

sorry I wasn't available on irc. I want that you generate a htpasswd hash and give it to me somehow (irc/email/github/etc..). simplest method to generate htpasswd hash: google "htpasswd generator"..

A trac ticket is far better than a TODO test case imho.
