Lockstep version bump across all sources and SDK dep ranges for the 0.8.0
release. 0.8.0 ships the breaking wire change from #65 (#73): the 40-hex
SESH_PROJECT_ID pin is the canonical <project> subject token, with the
SESH_PROJECT slug demoted to the no-pin fallback. Includes the #72 (#75)
coord-helper extraction.

Breaking: sesh-spawned agents now advertise the opaque pin instead of the slug;
slug-based wildcard subscriptions must move to nats__resolve.

check-release.mjs passes: all sources at 0.8.0, all adapter SDK deps at ^0.8.0.
