What happened?

When i try to update avatar
I get error as

2025-10-22 11:27:15 error: ErrorController => error Unsupported file type: image/png

Version Information

When i try to update avatar
I get error as

Steps to Reproduce

1. login
2. open settings > Account
3. upload Profile picture
   Actual result: 500 erro thrown

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?
