Remove deployment/io_sys_admin because it is redundant coverage over existing test cases. Add MPIIO, HDF5, HDF5-VOL to io/large_file_count since it was the only additional coverage provided by io_sys_admin. Remove run_dm_activities_with_ior as it is no longer used.
