Discussion titles alignment

Tested on Staging iOS version 1.9.5 (4978-232)
Tested on Staging Android version 1.9.5 (4978-193)

1. Please align the discussion titles with the arrow and put them in the center.

2. When the discussion title is long it doesn't fit on the top of the screen and it's impossible to read the whole title.
