Proposals - There is no pop-up about hidden proposal on the user's page

Tested on Staging iOS version 1.9.5 (4978-233)
Tested on Staging Android version 1.9.5 (4978-194)

On the proposals tab of the common users can see who and when hid this proposal. Clicking on the sign of interrogation, pop-up appears. But on the user's page (whose proposal was hidden) there is no pop-up about hidden proposal.

Please pay attention to the attached screenshot and video.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to a common page where your proposal was hidden by moderator.
2. Click on the sign of interrogation. Info about hidden proposal appears.
3. Navigate to the user's page.
4. Click on View all proposals
5. Click on the sign of interrogation near the hidden proposal.

Actual result:
There is no pop-up about hidden proposal.

Expected result:
Pop-up about hidden proposal appears.
