Verify internet connection on setup #140
Description
Add a check for the DAPPMANAGER to check if it has internet. Users may connect to the UI via wifi while the DAppNode is still not connected to the internet. Otherwise, the DAppNode may show multiple errors messages which are not clear to know if the missing internet connection is the problem
