Update the component docs for bindings to capture all the metadata fields and have complete examples

The same needs to be done for the binding components listed here https://v1-rc3.docs.dapr.io/operations/components/setup-bindings/supported-bindings/

This means having a component example and a table describing each of the available fields with descriptions and defaults.
