Make the Workflow sample consistent across SDKs

Can we keep a consistent order processing sample for workflow across the SDKs?

This is the one in C# https://github.com/dapr/dotnet-sdk/tree/master/examples/Workflow which should have the same example in the python SDK.

If you want to keep this current one and call this "Hello World" for python workflows that is ok, since I presume this does features that the order processing one does not.

It feels weird to me for this issue to live in the Python SDK repo as I as the maintainer work independently from any other repos. I can only ensure that samples accurately reflect the capabilities and usage of implementations.

Maybe @RyanLettieri can update this example -- I will leave it up to him. But we should not keep multiple examples because these are run as integration tests, and so multiple examples take more time to execute - slowing down our pipelines.

Maybe we should rethink where we keep SDK specific samples - maybe those should not be in the SDK repo after all? In Python examples have the primary purpose of being integration tests.
