Executor

The executor advances ready Circuitry value-boundary mappings whose host fields include surface.

It does not own provider behavior, shell policy, prompt meaning, or response meaning. It builds YAML requests, invokes package surfaces, reads YAML response fields, updates the active run values, and records events.
