Zinc 0.6

Zinc is a local runtime boundary for Circuitry 0.6 action-shapes.

It loads a .circuitry.yaml shape, prepares its inputs, opens a governed shell for environment work, records traces in Limbo, and settles outputs.

Zinc does not define graph nodes, model providers, agents, sessions, or workflow topology. Circuitry supplies the action shape; Zinc supplies local execution, policy, persistence, and package resolution.
