  • Inspect existing adapter patterns and determine the missing source to implement
  • Run the current test suite to capture baseline status
  • Add the new normalize adapter, source detection, and anonymized sample export
  • Add focused tests for autodetection and normalization behavior
  • Run targeted tests, then the full unittest suite, and validate security/review checks
