Changed Import file layout to use tables for "General", "Model" and "Boundaries" specific settings.
It was necessary to introduce a few more subclasses to handle class creation, since some basic properties are now stored in the fit_model attribute.
The model attribute of the IVIM Parameter Class now returns a string containing the settings set in the fit_model.
