Requires some new techology to ensure that (a) examples don't affect global logging state and (b) use `appender_stdout()` inside `R CMD check`. I also had to fix a few to make them actually work, since they clearly haven't been run for a while. Also took this opportunity to not generate `.Rd` files for all non-exported function. Fixes daroczig#164
