• improve the docs for dartdoc slightly
• change our theme colors to materialpalette.com/blue-grey/light-blue
• fonts default to 15px (from 14px)
• section headers are closer to the section body
• change how method params wrap to work better on small devices
• sort libraries within a package
• muted the footer a bit
• box shadow on the header
• undocumented libraries get shamed
• many and various css style and layout changes
