Add readme.md markdown text api endpoint

I want to get the markdown text of the package details through an HTTP request, or is there another way to get it?

This would indeed be nice

Same for changelog, licence, pubspec.yaml, example...

I think once we have general file listings for all packages, this should be easy to provide.
