Make sure you connect to it through the web page directly at blueretro.io by clicking Connect button. DO NOT use your computer or phone Bluetooth menu to connect. You updated to v25.01 via USB? |

I have been trying all afternoon to get my BlueRetro to connect to any bluetooth in order to get the mac address from it so I can connect my PS3 controller.
While the dongle is powered on, either by USB or connected to the PS2, my PC doesn't recognize it at all, but my phone bluetooth sees it and won't let me connect. I've tried 2 different android phones and both do the same thing. It either stops even trying to connect, or I will occasionally get a message about a mismatched pin even though it never offers me the ability to put in a pin, nor does the manual have a pin in it to use.
I wasn't able to BT to it right out of the box, I was able to connect USB C and update the firmware, but still can't connect.
Any help would be much appreciated.
