I almost wanted to started a similar project and found this. I have multiple $20 codex accounts and would like to use them intelligently.

Yes. If you find the balancing is stupid for you in any way, throw a codex/claude at it and throw up a PR. Accounts are weighed dynamically based on usage/plan type, at least for Codex, the Claude stuff is a little untested/verified but it seems to work fine.
