De add_visitor_read_at_to_chat_conversations_table-migratie stond niet in de
hasMigrations()-lijst, dus op bestaande installaties werd de kolom nooit
toegevoegd → 'Unknown column visitor_read_at' bij markVisitorRead. Nu
geregistreerd zodat de guarded migratie bij deploy draait.
