RFT mode causes NameError for imported module/variable and internal pyarmor__xxx name in Flask app

Hello Pyarmor Team,

I am using Pyarmor Pro and testing RFT mode with a Flask-based Python application.

Environment

• OS: Windows 11 x64
• Python: 3.13.7
• Pyarmor: 9.2.5 Pro
• PyInstaller: 6.19.0
• App type: Flask web app packaged with PyInstaller

Commands Used

Normal Pyarmor works:

pyarmor gen -O obf_dist -r .

Normal Pyarmor works:
pyarmor gen -O obf_dist -r .

Only RFT fails:
pyarmor gen -O obf_dist_rft -r --mix-str --enable-rft .

NameError: name 'time' is not defined
NameError: name 'tail' is not defined
NameError: name 'pyarmor__348' is not defined
