We should add a redirect from bag-overview to bag. I was about to do this but then realized that we'll hit a merge conflict until another PR gets in. I'm going to wait for that, then make the change here, then merge. |

This PR moves the content from
bag-overview.rstinto the top-levelbag.rstpage. This is in line with what's done in the documentation for Dask Array and Dask DataFrame.xref dask/community#2
