This PR makes a few very minor renames to our GitHub action workflows. Namely we:
CItoTestsCI AdditionaltoAdditionalMy hope is this will make it easier to mentally parse the various PR build checks.
Additionally this PR also removes the
ci-prefix from the various workflow yaml files. This doesn't change anything in practice -- I just thought the prefix seemed unnecessary.cc @jsignell
