Scale pew-pew-pew plot

This came up when designing the pew-pew-pew plot, but it doesn' behave well when there are lots of workers. Here is it falling down at 20.

One small/maybe-easy change might be to scale down the size of the circles as we add more of them. Probably not worth it if it's hard though.

The sizes should probably be based on the window width/height as well as the number of them. That is generally much smaller than I would make that window, so it would seem I have overlooked this issue.

The sizes are set here as constants. We could definitely make this dynamic.
