Update the CLI to use the Dat-JS module.
The Dat-JS module is most of what was in
/lib/dat.jsandlib/append.jsbefore. The API changed slightly but it is mostly consistent with what we had before. The biggest change is using hyperdrive-import-files instead of the manual import we were doing previously inlib/append.js.I've added docs and test to dat-js and feel good about shipping this PR now!
