Feature

There should be one transform which take the logic\processing as a input instead of baking the same into the Transform. That way we dont need to develop a new transform or update existing to handle small changes for example,

Add \remove\rename column
remove records based on condition
update existing data based on condition

@santoshborse a few clarification to help me understand the gap in what we currently have:

1- What is the use case for "remove/rename" column ?
2- What are the limitations of the current filter transform when it comes to "remove records based on condition" ?
3- How does the update existing data based on condition work? Currently annotator add a new column based on what they see in existing columns. Is the intent to do in-place editing ?
