refactor(appkit): remove deprecated Lakebase V1 connector#396

The LakebaseV1Connector was for Lakebase Provisioned only, which is not supported by AppKit. Remove it entirely — the standalone @databricks/lakebase package and the lakebase connector wrapper (for Lakebase Autoscaling) remain. Signed-off-by: Pawel Kosiec <pawel.kosiec@databricks.com>
