@pietern not sure I understand what you are asking about, but there are 2 valid usages: Just works if there is a single pipeline per project: Prompts to select a pipeline if there are multiple pipelines per project: Selects specified pipeline without any prompts: |

Changes
Add recommendation suggesting to call 'pipelines deploy' before 'run' and 'dry-run':
The suggestion is different depending on which entrypoint is used suggesting to use either "databricks pipelines" or just "pipelines".
Why
It's a common pitfall, and we haven't yet implemented an option to do deployment automatically.
