The section on "What is Programming and Coding?" has two subsections for working in either a Jupyter notebook or Spyder IDE. This PR changes these subsection headers from H5 to H4, thus making them larger and bolder so that they are easier to parse visually. Pull Request: datacarpentry/python-ecology-lesson/issues/301
