0.1.10: Changed initialization method

- Changed initialization method to use tarball libraries. Especially
  needed with MySQL 8.0, where ssl libraries are used during
  initialization. Instead of running the initialization command
  directly, dbdeployer creates a script and runs it with the
  LD_LIBRARY_PATH and DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH properly set.
- Also fixed glitch in "unpack" when original tarball has clashing name
