Added

  • Cost spine. Estimate, BOQ, budget, purchase orders, contracts and bid packages now hang off one stable cost line, so a number entered once carries through the whole project. A control-account tree groups the lines, and each line opens a rollup that puts its estimate, budget, committed, contracted and actual figures side by side together with every linked record. Amounts are converted inside a project through its own exchange rates and grouped by currency across projects, never blended, and a mixed-currency rollup says so plainly. Generating the spine from a BOQ is idempotent, so running it a second time never duplicates lines.
  • Partner Packs install from the command line. New "module install", "module list" and "module uninstall" commands take a packaged module folder or archive, check its manifest, and move it into place, rejecting path-traversal and bad-layout archives.

Fixed

  • The 3D model now frames itself when you open a project map. The viewer waits for the model to finish loading before flying the camera to it, instead of giving up after a fixed delay and leaving the building as a distant speck.
  • The cost database region loader reports the real number of resource components it already holds instead of zero on a reload.
  • Developer guide text and the bundled partner packs were tidied up, including the partner-pack entry-point name and a sweep of stray long dashes.
