What problem does this solve?

是否可以让agent来帮我自动创建新的员工，可以自动配置好员工关系通过LLM。目前感觉使用起来，还是需要一个一个创建，稍微麻烦了一些。如果想批量新建的话，会比较耗费时间。如果可以给main agent开放这样一个权限，会比较节省效率。
