[BUG] Message timestamps display in Chinese when UI language is set to English

Description

In English UI mode, message timestamps are still displayed in Chinese instead of English.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set the application language to English
2. Open a chat conversation with messages
3. Observe the timestamp labels next to messages

Expected Behavior

Timestamps should display in English format (e.g., "Mon", "Tue", "Wed")

Actual Behavior

Timestamps are showing in Chinese (e.g., "周一", "周二", "周三")
